Radio Interview: Tips to Protect and Fortify Yourself and Your Environment

I am loving this interview with Solaris BlueRaven. She talks about Feng Shui as one method we can us to protect ourselves!! Finally, someone is saying it out loud. Feng Shui is NOT an elitist luxury - it is a vibrant and powerful way to effectively harness benevolent energies and deflect stagnant and parasitic energies.

She also talks about purifying ourselves as not to be affected by the astral realm, the use of crystals and "de-stressing from a stressful society".  What the information provides is a kind of potpourri of tips and factoids on Ascension and how we can best navigate and transcend the chaos in order that we remain  in touch with a higher vibration.  

 Like everything I post here, I feel there is something special with Solaris.  Her sense of being grounded and centered comes through her words and explanations, as she speaks from deep within herself and her soul, which is an example we can all follow.  I always appreciate practical wisdom, Earth wisdom combined with spiritual knowledge is, in my opinion, the best way to walk the path.
